Update on Services due to COVID-19
Dear Valued Clients and Friends:
As we all adjust to the rapidly unfolding events surrounding the COVID-19 spread, below are a few key updates regarding Little Deeds:
• Our first priority is the safety of our homeowners and crewmembers. As such we have implemented actions per recent guidance including regular cleaning and sanitizing among our crew, no contact/handshaking, no group meetings, and maintaining safe separation. Further, anyone who displays symptoms or comes into contact with someone who does will stay home with full pay.
• To further assist us in complying with those recommendations and keeping everyone healthy, we ask that our clients reduce the need to meet in person with our crew. You already know and trust us, so the vast majority of communication can now be handled effectively over email or phone and we appreciate your understanding.
• As long as we can keep our crew healthy, and as long as we are allowed, we will continue to work as hard as possible to get your homework completed. In preparation for potential shortages, we have already secured key job supplies that we will need including those to sanitize your job and to get the work done safely.
• We will continue to perform emergency services and low- or no-cost repairs to our lower-income clients as we are able.
When you hire us, you are also helping others.
We recognize that sheltering at home the near term may be necessary. If there’s something important you need or need fixing, let us know. We want to keep you, and your home in great shape!
