What is a Certified Aging In Place Specialist?
A Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist is trained in the unique needs of the older adult population and is knowledgeable about aging-in-place home modifications, common remodeling projects, and solutions to common barriers.
The certification is earned through training and testing during a multi-course educational program taught by the National Association of Home Builders.
